ポジション概要

The Merchandising & Logistics intern will support the W&J division. He/She will participate in the daily activities and will be involved in specific projects. The internship is for 6 months.

必須義務&責任範囲

 

Merchandising

  • Maintain and update product master data of the W&J portfolio
  • Conduct store performance and sales analysis to support the business
  • Assist in product catalogue development
  • Develop store assortment plan
  • Support in the development of visual merchandising guidelines
  • Review and update RLE - e commerce - product features
  • Establish competition tracking analysis as needed
  • Support in coordinating global PR events


Operations & logistics

  • Coordinate product shipments for regional events and after sales
  • Manage component inventory transfers
  • Analyse on product and non-merchandise stock levels
  • Create an after-sales support kits


Sales administration

  • Collaborate with regional teams on product needs for events
  • Provide administrative support for internal events
  • Analyse shipment data and prepare relevant reports



経験、スキル、知識



  • Student in Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to details
  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work on own initiative and to be proactive
  • Fluent in English
  • School convention is mandatory for this role
