As Brand Image Coordinator at Ralph Lauren, you'll play a vital role in bringing our iconic brand aesthetic to life across the UK region. This dynamic role combines creative visual merchandising, relationship building, and project management to ensure exceptional brand presentation across our retail network.- Roles is based in London -40 hours per week

Product Knowledge & Display
Execute Ralph Lauren's aesthetic guidelines with precision, creating compelling brand presentations that align with customer profiles and location dynamics. Maintain consistent, high-quality standards across all touchpoints.

One Team, Training & Collaboration
Serve as a brand ambassador, conducting training sessions and building knowledgeable teams that embody Ralph Lauren values. Foster partnerships across all levels while inspiring and motivating peers.

Planning & Operations
Manage installation planning and coordination while balancing field work with office responsibilities. Complete monthly SVRs and recaps to support management initiatives.

Personal Development & Leadership
Partner with teams to maintain exceptional creative standards while pursuing growth opportunities. Complete required learning hours and support cross-regional projects.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 2-3 strategic cycles of  visual merchandising, retail operations, or brand coordination
  • Demonstrated track record of executing high-end retail presentations and displays
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail aesthetics and brand standards
  • Strong digital literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Background in fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
