For our Ralph Lauren store in the P.C. Hooftstraat Amsterdam, we are looking for a Senior Sales Professional (38 hours per week) to join our team. In this challenging role, you will demonstrate a real passion and respect for the Ralph Lauren customer, product and environment by acting as a brand ambassador. Embrace our winning culture by consistently meeting business sales targets by delivering the 5 key service steps in-store and through our digital platforms; Create, Connect, Convert, Confirm, Continue.

必須義務&責任範囲

  • Welcoming and helping the customer, identifying their needs, closing the transaction, entering the customer's data into the database to stay connected and maintain the highest level of service
  • Consistently achieving personal sales and KPI objectives
  • Promote teamwork by contributing to a team sales objective
  • Positive attitude, body language, personal presentation and clothing standards in line with RL expectations
  • Create and foster a database of clients through the company's clienteling tool
  • Efficiently process into sales transactions, reservations, gift card sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, vouchers and changes
  • Deliver an unforgettable fitting room experience while following all fitting room service policies and procedures
  • Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product presentation and overall store maintenance
  • Actively participate in all merchandising activities, including daily inventory maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changes in line with RL standards
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to the Store Manager

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Extensive experience in retail and service, Luxury experience is an advantage
  • A desire to build relationships with customers and foster teamwork
  • Performing strongly on all sales platforms, including progressive ways of selling
  • Contributes to the store's sales goals and to achieving personal sales goals
  • Strong communication skills, required language: English (other languages can be a plus)
  • Identifies and acts on self-development opportunities to improve performance
