  • Ensure client support excellence and operational efficiencies
  • Manage deliveries and replenishment to optimise the product offer for clients
  • Coordinate and communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service

 

Ralph Lauren Brand Ambassador

  • Demonstrate a client-centric mindset
  • Support operational efficiencies to create a welcoming and elevated store environment

 

Operations

  • Advance in Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Manage and follow standard operating procedures and Client Support Area procedures to ensure compliance with Ralph Lauren policies and standards
  • Store maintenance
