Position Overview

To provide specialized learning design & delivery support to the NA Employee Learning Experience team. This role will support implementation of learning projects through learning creation and facilitation, key stakeholder, and client group communication, LMS administration and reporting, and project management for Learning goals. 

They will collaborate closely with the Employee Experience and People teams, and leadership stakeholders for NA client groups to support the deployment of NA Employee Learning Experience initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Learning Experience Development:

  • Co-create learning experiences with Global Employee Learning Experience Begin & Belong Campaign, Content & Insights team.
  • Implement Corporate and Retail Belong learning experiences that align with organizational strategic goals.
  • To provide an efficient, courteous, and professional approach to NA Employee Learning Experience Team requests

Training Delivery:

  • Become certified in targeted Learning programming to facilitate when needed.
  • Deliver instructor-led learning content in-person or virtually in a compelling and inspiring fashion.
  • Support with New Store Openings and Employee Onboarding within the region.

Materials Development:

  • Become fluent in our Learning creation software, Articulate 360: Rise, Storyline to design tools for NA-specific needs. 
  • Assist in the design, formatting, and editing of Learning materials including basic graphic design and copyrighting.
  • Identify best in class software, tools, and potential vendors for e-learning creation. 
  • Elevate Retail learning collateral through compelling graphic design and visual presentation.

Stakeholder Management & Communication: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of global talent development tools and initiatives. ·
  • Become communication lead and championing NA Employee Learning Experience Team initiatives with client groups. ·
  • Ensure that team and stakeholder communications are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion. 
  • Manage learner communication, tasks, and troubleshooting related to LMS, e-learnings, and instructor-led learning moments.
  • Communicate effectively with the NA Employee Learning Experience Team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events.
LMS Maintenance & Administrative Support: 
  • Support tasks in our LMS, ensuring all learning is uploaded, assigned, recorded, and reported on appropriately. 
  • Support in the implementation of learning experiences for career development 
  • Implementation of learning campaigns for Corporate and Retail

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Required 2+ years of either Learning & Development, Graphic/Instructional Design, or Communications experience.
  • Retail Experience preferred.
