Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and on-time creation, validation, and maintenance of ALL (stock/sample/transfer) purchase orders (POs) and release to offices/agent/vendors. Use all available resources and partner with cross functional teams.
- Responsible for on-time delivery and PO fulfillment against metric by proactively partnering with agents/offices/vendors.
- Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve to prevent or resolve issues that could arise.
- Participate in team meetings within brands/category to discuss challenges and/or ongoing projects and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiencies.
- Drive & execute pre-classification process.
- Manage, prioritize, and provide timely resolution to high volume of daily email communication with internal and external partners.
- Execute ad hoc and reoccurring projects and work within the Production Operations organization as requests arise.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Production Operations Experience
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Must be a team player.
- High adaptability and flexibility to changing business environments, able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle very structured process.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically Excel), analysis, familiar with multiple systems, charts and reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Possess multiple brand, calendars & product categories exposure.
