Position Overview

The Italy Region sales operations wholesale team, based in Casalecchio di Reno, is looking for a sales operations support to provide high level of service to internal and external customers. 

 

The candidate will be responsible of supporting regional sales operations back office and admin activities 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Actively support the SO team 

- Regional claims and returns management 

- Credit notes  

 

Order management activities 

- Order modifications and release 

- Order confirmation preparation and dispatch for the region 

- PO check 

- Seasonal support activities 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Customer Service / Sales operations background 
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments and remote international teams. 
  • Accountability and ability to finalize tasks  
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness and positive attitude. 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
