Position Overview

Responsible for the support of the Ralph Lauren Golf & Tennis business in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions.  Provide Sales Assistance, order execution, and account management for the Account Executive overseeing the territory.     

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

 Manage long standing relationships of 30+ clubs in the Mid-Atlantic, while also supporting the larger territories overall business and development

 

Utilize business to business technology platforms to drive multi gender seasonal plans, maximizing the RL presence in each shop across the larger territory base             

 

Analyze the digital business weekly, reporting trends and ensuring the sales and product flow to the account is proactively managed            

 

Utilize trade shows, account visits, and business to business technology platform to service the accounts in their seasonal sell in

 

Run point on all events for the Northeast region in addition to doing weekly shop merchandising and sales visits

 

Partner with Senior AE, to ensure the highest level of professional and proactive communication with all levels of account management structure to build strong relationships and drive the business forward

 

Partner with Senior AE to develop a complimentary travel schedule that will allow you to service your accounts while supporting the broader territory through merchandising and events

 

Partner with Merchandising to support needs internally and execute special projects efficiently

 

Support daily communication with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless end to end execution

 

Manage all direct expenses within/below established budgets

 

Submit all expense reports on a timely basis 

 

 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

 
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Highly organized in managing customer requests, sales responsibilities, and time management
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability, willingness and flexibility to travel extensively
