Position Overview

A Ralph Lauren Regional Manager plays a strategic role in delivering Our Purpose. They are a dynamic leader who can drive sales, elevate the brand experience, develop high-performing teams, ensure operational excellence, and effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver our Business Strategy.  They demonstrate this by embodying the spirit and values of the RL Way.

This role is about putting People & Customer at the heart of what we do, being Results Driven, possessing a strong passion for the Fashion Industry and constantly seek to elevate our Client Experience. This role will be covering the London area.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·       Team Leadership and Development : You excel at leading, inspiring, and developing store management and teams. You are an effective coach that has the ability to develop your teams & drive performance management. You foster a positive, inclusive work environment that delivers a sense of Belonging and can partner with your P&D partners

·       Driving Sales and Achieving KPIs : You are directly responsible for the sales performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of your assigned stores. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business goals inc. Connected Retail

·       Brand Elevation and Brand Image : You ensure that the Ralph Lauren Brand DNA & Brand Image is  consistently upheld across all locations in your Region. This includes ensuring that Brand Image merchandising standards are reflective of Our Story Telling and always delivering an elevated customer experience.

·       Client Experience : You prioritize delivering exceptional and market-leading customer experiences, driving new acquisition & ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything that we do. This involves coaching teams to provide personalized interactions and appointments, develop deep rooted client relationships and resolve customer issues that enhance our Brands reputation.

·       Operational Excellence : You are responsible for ensuring all operational processes, policies, and procedures are delivered to ensure maximum productivity and cost management. This includes inventory management, loss prevention, and maintaining store standards.

·       Communication and Collaboration : You will demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with store teams, corporate partners, and external stakeholders.

·       Commercial Acumen and Analysis: You understand the profit and loss (P&L) of your stores, analyze sales, trends and make informed decisions to optimize performance and profitability – whilst partnering with your Stakeholders.

·       Market Awareness : You stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges whilst demonstrating an Omni Channel mindset
