Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a paid social strategy that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and supports brand, customer and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and performance.
- Cultivate relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of innovation and exclusive opportunities.
- Develop a vision for the paid social ecosystem and translate into roadmap with action steps, milestones and deliverables
- Own the Paid Social Media budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Oversee campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative briefing, and media buying with a focus on premium placements and brand-safe environments.
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are elevated, platform-optimized, and aligned with seasonal narratives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights that inform future strategy and investment.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks and attribution models to optimize spend and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare reporting and insights reflecting campaign performance and learnings for go forward
- Partner with eCommerce, CRM, and Global Brand teams to ensure paid social is integrated across the customer journey.
- Align paid social efforts with influencer activations, organic content, and experiential campaigns.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven success managing large-scale budgets and delivering results in high-touch, brand-sensitive environments.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Strong analytical acumen and experience with tools such as GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital media trends.
