Position Overview
Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar Verkoopmedewerkers / Sales Associates (max 35 uur per week) om onze Ralph Lauren store in Knokke te ondersteunen tijdens het hoogseizoen. In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van uitzonderlijke klantenservice en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel wordt gepresenteerd volgens de hoogste standaard door middel van productbeschikbaarheid en presentatie. Daarnaast zal je service op maat bieden aan klanten bij de kassa en kleedkamers.
- Klanten helpen door te reageren op klantverzoeken en het geven van informatie en aanbevelingen over producten
- Escaleert problemen van klanten naar meer senior teamleden
- Heeft kennis van de producten en invloed op de verkoopresultaten en de algehele klantervaring van het toegewezen winkelgebied
- Zorgt voor een goede presentatie van de winkel door producten vanuit het magazijn aan te vullen en de winkel netjes te houden
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Beschikbaar in het hoogseizoen, op werkdagen en/of in het weekend
In staat om instructies op te volgen en te werken in een snelle en dynamische omgevingErvaring binnen een winkelomgeving is een plus
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels
De ideale kandidaat is een teamspeler, leergierig, neemt initiatief en heeft het vermogen zich aan te passen aan veranderingen
