Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quality assurance across APAC.
  • Food and drinks product development to support financial growth in APAC.
  • Master trainer in the region to drive stores delivering highest standards for product and service.
  • Manage and lead operation excellence for APAC to ensure brand is doing the right thing to drive productivity, profitability and efficiency from regional perspective
  • Support new market openings for APAC from site installations and set up to training and onboarding new store teams.
  • Create and promote an environment which maintains a positive industry reputation & represents brand values and ethical practices while attracting, retaining and motivating employees.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3-5+ years of F&B management experience
  • Passionate about coffee, experience in coffee quality assurance & training for F&B chain.
  • Experience in leading the operation team under the chain store environment with P&L responsibility
  • A problem solver with a positive attitude, bringing creativity and new ideas to every challenge
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build strong and effective internal and external relationships
  • Strong business senses and proven management abilities in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Both detail-oriented and strategic but also seeing the big picture
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
