Position Overview

This position will support APAC fulfilment operation under APAC Logistics, reporting to Senior Fulfilment Operations Manager this position will be based in Hong Kong at Tuen Mun office.

The role of the Supply Chain Analyst will be to liaise with internal and external parties to manage and coordinate the inflow of product, inventory levels and accuracy, and other general operational needs. This person will work with multiple departments including Sourcing, Merchandising, Shipping, Retail and Finance to assist in company’s objectives, procedures, and reporting. This role is responsible for the inventory for China market from inbound to outbound process and ensure all the stock are compliance to selling in China Market.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with 3PL warehouse/distribution center for daily logistics operations, vendor compliance & value-added service
  • Work closely with our Sourcing QA compliance team & China compliance team for China regulation and quality compliance for textile product
  • Prepare sample list for Label Audit and Lab Testing
  • Follow up the audit/lab test result with 3rd party auditor & sourcing QA team to arrange remediation for non-compliance product
  • Follow up the audit result to order trim/label from the supplier and arrange transportation to remediate by the factories
  • Coordinate with our 3PL for remediation process to meet their ASL and our deadline
  • Follow up CIQ failed product with Shipping team & QA team for re-testing process
  • Evaluate the cost & time efficiency of value-added service performance with 3PL in timely manner
  • Manage the inventory movement from WMS with Inventory Control team
  • Manage the data discrepancy between physical stock and item master with US compliance team
  • Manage the Expense Offset Chargeback program including recording of errors, submission for approval and summary reporting
  • Prepare monthly Label Audit report to management team
  • Control and manage hangtag & label reprint service for the APAC region stores
  • Support the WMS program upgrade project to cope with daily operation and business needs

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Statistics/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years or above experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse management area
  • With experience in Fashion/FMCG industry or management experience from local retail distribution center will be an advantage
  • Familiar with China Trade, China regulation and quality compliance for textile product is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skill and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, well organized, with strong analytical mind and numerical sense
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
