Position Overview

*This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract*  

Based in our 50 New Bond Street Office in central London.

Work within the DTC EMEA strategy team on cross functional business development projects and support the implementation of the EMEA DTC Strategy.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

· Partner with key stakeholders to create, prioritise & manage cross-functional initiatives for the future of the DTC EMEA business.

· Take the lead on cross functional business development projects when required and provide a central point of contact for expert stakeholders to ensure transparent communication lines

· Analyse the success /challenges of launched initiatives & provide channel agnostic feedback to business leaders to elevate.

DTC STRATEGY

· Support with the implementation of the DTC EMEA Strategy in line with business requirements and in partnership with DTC leaders

· Keep up to date on key industry developments & the EMEA economic landscape to inform strategic decisions

· Create elevated presentations on key business development projects and strategy developments as required.

TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

· Manage & Develop the Strategy & Business Development direct report in line with the business’s requirements and support the professional progression and development of team member(s)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

*This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract*  


· Ability to drive results by managing multiple priorities with tight timelines 

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills

· Ability to find solutions to complex business challenges by leveraging cross-functional expertise.

· Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy & detail

· Highly numerate with an analytical mindset

· People management skills preferred

· Fully fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
