Position Overview

The Senior Associate, Production Operations for the Home Division reports to the Senior Production Operations Manager and oversees end-to-end production planning and supplier management across multiple brand portfolios within the textiles category. This role is responsible for managing daily production operations with global manufacturing partners, ensuring delivery of high-quality products while maintaining operational efficiency. Working closely with the Product Management Team, Regional Planners, Global Suppliers, Quality Team, and Supply Chain partners, this position drives seamless execution of production requirements. Additionally, it fosters cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely creation, validation, and maintenance of all (stock/sample/transfer) purchase orders (POs) and their release to offices, agents, and vendors.
  • Track and resolve production delays and quality issues while ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery commitments. Coordinate with logistics/transportation teams to maintain efficient product movement through weekly delivery tracking reports, invoice reconciliation in GTN/Ariba, pre-classification process with ITC team, and standard cost setting with accounting team.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity across all systems platforms through timely updates.
  • Lead end-to-end monthly textile replenishment business from Time & Action planning through OTB to delivery.
  • Manage textile off-price replenishment business by processing quarterly buys and partnering with logistics to mitigate delivery delays.
  • Proactively troubleshoot any issues that could have a negative impact on product quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors through regular communication, performance reviews, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure operational excellence and mutual growth objectives.
 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Demonstrated track record in production operations with proven expertise in data analysis and process optimization. The ideal candidate possesses strong collaborative abilities while being capable of working independently in a dynamic business environment. Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and experience in developing and managing structured processes.
 
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills, is essential, along with experience working with various business systems and analytical tools. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are crucial, complemented by effective problem-solving skills.
