Position Overview


This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of Ralph Lauren’s largest region. Reporting to the North America CEO, this role is entrusted with orchestrating the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, enhancing executive effectiveness, and driving operational excellence across the region. This role is instrumental in amplifying the leadership presence of the CEO and the North America Leadership Team, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum in all regional priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Executive Leadership Enablement
  • Partnering the North America CEO, ensuring optimal use of time, focus, and influence.
  • Lead the orchestration of executive communications, strategic briefings, and board-level materials with precision and insight.
  • Act as a trusted conduit between the CEO, senior leadership, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, discretion, and alignment.
  • Elevate the CEO’s leadership presence through thoughtful planning, messaging, and stakeholder engagement.

Regional Operations & Strategic Governance
  • Drive the operational rhythm of the region increasing synergies and alignment on key priorities.
  • Lead the planning and governance of key regional forums, leadership meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and manage frequent business reviews, ensuring timely preparation, follow-up, and alignment across functions.
  • Serve as the central integrator for cross-functional initiatives, including high-visibility  and revenue generating events such as LA 2028.

Strategic Project Leadership
  • Spearhead mission-critical projects from ideation through execution, ensuring measurable impact and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and deliver executive-level insights and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement & External Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with key external stakeholders, including VICs, retail partners, board members, and the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Represent the Regional CEO’s office in high-stakes engagements, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence.
  • Partner with internal communications (GCC) to amplify executive visibility across platforms such as Workplace and LinkedIn.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with global counterparts and ELT EA group,  enabling functions to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Lead and develop the North America Executive Assistant team, setting a high bar for excellence, agility, and professionalism.
  • Establish and scale best practices, performance standards, and career development pathways for the EA function.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the team.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in executive operations, strategic project management, or business administration, including 5+ years supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive strategic outcomes.
  • A strong external network of executive operations professionals is a plus.
