Position Overview
Join our prestigious Bond Street Flagship store as a Executive Sales Associate where you'll deliver best-in-class customer experience through personalized service and expert product knowledge. As the front-line ambassador of the Ralph Lauren brand, you'll focus on building lasting relationships with clients while elevating the brand through exceptional product presentation and storytelling. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Client Development
- Deliver an extraordinary best in class and personalise level of service to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via out-reach
- Perform to expert level to build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs) Super VICs & top clients
- Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients
Leadership & Engagement Support
- Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
- Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns
- Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
Operations
- Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures
- Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
- Attend the buys & communicates product and client feedback to buyers & managers
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- In Store Clientelling expertise
- Knowledge or background in Styling and or Personal Shopping
- Passionate, and results-driven team player
- Premium/luxury environment essential
- Excellent communication skills with in-depth Brand and product knowledge
