Position Overview
Based in London, this role is a fixed-term contract, working as part of the European Retail Marketing team, with a focus on the luxury brand portfolio. The position encompasses general marketing administration as well as supporting brand campaigns amplification, customer acquisition & retention events and direct marketing communication.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have three main objectives:
- Coordinate customer in-store events across the region
o Executing event and campaign activations at local level across our retail network
o Managing external suppliers and negotiating their fees
o Analyze in store events and retail activations performance, seasonal launches and new store openings
o Support with stakeholder partnerships to drive retail marketing performance, traffic to retail doors and data capture
- Develop all Marketing direct customer communication
o Liaising with Creative Studio, Clienteling, Buying and CRM departments to align communication on relevant seasonal collections
o Creating collaterals, signage and invitations
o Develop copy for client facing assets with appropriate image selection based on campaign
- Manage operational and administrative processes
o Collaborating with the finance department and external suppliers for PO creation and invoice processes
o Updating internal budget & PO trackers
o Developing presentations in ppt and formatting slides to achieve consistency
o Engaging on ad hoc basis with all key stakeholders (Retail Marketing, Clienteling, Buying, Retail, Planning, CRM, Customer Insights)
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Proven experience in Marketing and communications gained in similar role in international consumer goods organizations, preferably with some exposure to Fashion/Luxury Retail or Premium brands
· Exceptionally organized and efficient, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and update progress files & trackers
· Exceptional numerical skills to manage PO processes and financial budget trackers
· Exemplary communication skills to ensure alignment & communication across all teams
· Solid copywriting experience and ability to produce content for customer collaterals
· Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
· Entrepreneurial spirit – autonomous, self- starter with a focus on results and consumers
· Excellent attention to detail
· Knowledge of French is beneficial
