Position Overview

Pls note this role is a 12 month FTC maternity cover. 

This role will create divisional strategy and content for EMEA and LATAM for a large division which represents the brand, buy and customer habits in a premium way. ​

Using customer data, trade analysis, journey analysis and trade performance to be responsive within the customer behaviour and adapt the content.

This role has several stakeholders and partners within Brand Marketing, Buying, VM, Performance Marketing and Media to ensure there is a cohesive amplification across channels, digital, DTC, CRM, Media throughout the consumer journey telling an aligned story across all multiple platforms. 

The role has 1 direct report whom you will be supported in managing.​

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead divisional remit circa 50% planning and communications cross functionally. ​
  • Deliver Content roadmap ​
  • Regional marketing amplification  ​
  • Lead End to End process and planning for amplifying content.  ​
  • Team Management experience - 1 direct report whom you will be supported in managing
  • Campaign Delivery – Deliver regional and global campaigns in line with local business needs​
  • Reporting – ensure all stakeholders are informed on launch status, seasonal plans and performance
  • 30% Devising strategy and trading tactics​
  • 20% Channel alignment and Marketing Collaboration​
  • 15% Project Management​
  • 15% Coordinating with cross functional teams​
  • 10% Cross functional meetings​
  • 10% Critical path management



Experience, Skills & Knowledge

·     Ecommerce/retail background

·     Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·     Analytical thinker, with proven business acumen. Clear understanding of success metrics.

·     The ability to analyze data and create a working theory from data sets

·     Strong collaboration skills

·     Project management skills would be a plus.

·     Understanding on SEO.

·     Effective written and oral communications skills, with sensitivity to global communication needs.

·     Experience in presenting at all levels including Senior.

·     3rd party vendor management.
