Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Hospitality Support at our beautiful Flagship Bond Street Location in Central London. We ae looking for someone to support the sales team for their clients with light bites, refreshments and champagne to cater to our VIP clientele at the store. You will not be required to food prep or cook.

Please note this a part time 14.5 hrs per week role with a shift pattern across Saturday 10am 7pm and Sunday 11.30-6.30pm   


CATERING ASSOCIATE PURPOSE & SCOPE:

To demonstrate a true passion and respect for the RL customer, product and environment through acting as a brand ambassador, taking orders and serving food and beverages to internal and external clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


POSITION SUMMARY 

  •  Take orders from sales and managerial staff for clients hospitality needs
  •  Deliver champagne, canopies or light bites as requested. No cooking or food prep required 
  •  Set up catering facilities for corporate meetings 
  •  Control food and beverage inventory, ordering through vendors 
  •  Maintain client and staff kitchen facilities 
  •  Exhibit pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the RL expectations 
  •  Responsible for the health & safety of the client & staff kitchen area 
  •  To respect and adhere to the company Asset Protection policies at all times

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE 

  •  Some experience in a customer service industry 
  •  Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  1 strategic cycle as a waiter or host
  •  Be action orientated and solution driven to achieve results 
  •  A desire to build relationships and promote team work
