Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead our Global Logistics Business Solutions team. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the technology roadmap for Global Logistics.
The Lead, Distribution and Logistics Business Solutions is a trusted operational partner and solution provider that brings a deep understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution fulfillment methods. This position requires vision, a balance of operational and technical depth, along with excellent communication and relationship skills.
The Lead, Distribution and Logistics Business Solutions plays a critical role in high profile business improvement initiatives for continued development of a scalable and resilient global distribution network in support of business growth.
The scope of this business functional role spans technology product management from ex-factory through Distribution and arrival to customer/consumer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Owns the Global Logistics technology product roadmap aligning with key business and IT partners to prioritize new capabilities that meet key business objectives and operational needs. Inclusive of: WES, WMS, TMS, TE, LMS, VAS, MHE, et al.
Responsible for setting and managing to Business Solution capital and expense budgets working closely with Finance and IT partners.
Directs teams responsible for the change management lifecycle, first level business solution support, and WMS configuration. Provides subject matter expertise throughout the change management lifecycle for the delivery of new technology capabilities delivering on time, cost and with quality.
Develops and manages relationships with external solution providers from SOW through delivery. Maintains a deep understanding of capabilities to capitalize on value creation, staying current on new releases and industry best practices to inform the roadmap.
Develops a comprehensive knowledge of Ralph Lauren’s consumer, wholesale, and retail businesses while staying current on the modern supply chain technology stack.
Is heavily invested in business and operational strategy recommending and translating operational improvement opportunities into technical deliverables that support business growth and drive overall supply chain cost optimization.
Manages teams responsible for ensuring best in class support for 24x7, multi-site, nuanced multi-channel business operations as well as integrations with upstream and downstream systems & partners.
Ensures business partner teams have the proper technology training and standard operation procedure documentation to effectively execute operationally with focus on reducing to eliminating support contact requests.
Proactively builds & maintains internal and external networks to absorb and apply professional best practices in supply chain transformation, and effectively contribute to achieving results.
Attracts, retains, develops & manages high performing staff, including professional consultant resources when needed, to deliver on the global logistics transformation strategies & initiatives.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Four-year degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or equivalent work experience within the consumer goods industry.
5-7 years of product ownership and delivery management experience with a tier-1 provider: WMS, OMS, TMS/TE, LMS, MHE, WES & ERP.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional and high impact initiatives to positive outcomes.
Deep understanding of distribution fulfillment models and warehouse automation with demonstrated ability to define, implement, and manage the best solution footprint.
Demonstrated experience in developing and administering standardized methods & practices for delivery of business solutions

Contact Center, preferably Salesforce
MHE, preferably Intelligrated/Honeywell and Mantissa
VAS; preferably Barudan
Small Parcel; preferably Fedex, UPS, DHL
Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM, DASM, or PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Lean & Agile mindset are a plus
Experience with RPA is a plus.
Experience with RF/RFID applications is a plus.
Experience with Robotics automation is a plus.
