Position Overview

In the role of Cross Brand Strategy & Assortment Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Buyer to establish an optimal commercial cross-channel assortment for related brands/regions. Your responsibilities will encompass contributing to processes, assisting with Limited Editions capsules for various brands and categories, and analyzing competitors and trend insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


X-brand assortment

  • Assist Buyer in forecasting assortment and pricing the line
  • Maintain the line in the IT system
  • Collaborate with analysts on sell in & sell out reports (best sellers, efficiency etc.)
  • Order and track samples
  • Collaborate closely with buying teams, planning, customer service, and marketing for a consistent 360 approach


Competitors & trend insights:

  • Track competitors and market best practices, providing key insights to expand the department's vision on the competitive landscape
  • Ensure ongoing understanding of fashion trends through research

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge


  • Self-starter with a curious and analytic mindset
  • Interest in fashion, sports, art, and entertainment
  • International work/study experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Concrete passion for Diversity & Inclusion values
  • Excitement about teamwork and effective communication
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint design, and presentation
