Position Overview

Ralph Lauren (RL) has embarked on our next generation transformation focused on accelerating our strategy. This enterprise-wide transformation includes governance, implementation, and consolidation into a single global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), enhanced automation across our warehouse management system (WMS), and enhanced connectivity across all planning functions through process and technology improvements to support integrated business planning (IBP). These initiatives will enable a fundamental transformation in our end-to-end processes as we become a more global DTC-oriented company, with greater efficiencies across demand planning, inventory buying, allocations and more. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Resource Planning Transformation, the Global Change Management Lead will oversee change management activities across all ERP capabilities while also ensuring alignment of strategy and approach through close partnerships with the enterprise change leader and change leads in other transformation programs. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to facilitate organizational change, ensure smooth transitions, and maximize adoption of new processes, systems, and culture shifts.  

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with program goals. 
  • Develop change roadmaps and execution plans for ERP global capabilities implementations. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of regional change management professionals. 
  • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change. 
  • Activate and maintain global change champion network. 
  • Develop communications strategy and plans; maintain effective communication channels across the organization. 
  • Conduct thorough assessments of change impacts on various business units and regions. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Oversee the development of training programs focused on developing skills and knowledge required to operate in the new ways of working.  
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change activities. 
  • Regularly report on change progress and outcomes to senior leadership. 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management. 
  • Introduce innovative approaches to drive successful organizational change. 

 



Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • Experience in change management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, global change initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience working in diverse and complex environments. 
  • Exceptional project management skills.  
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives. 
  • Skilled in MSOffice suite. 
  • This role is based in New York.
