Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is looking for a Manager of Digital Assets for a strategic role in delivering projects on our cloud hosted Adobe Experience Management platform— AEM Assets, Asset Share Commons and Dynamic Media.  This rapidly expanding asset program currently services our global Photo Studios, Corporate Communications, Advertising and Design teams.  Ralph Lauren’s leading-edge Adobe Asset Management foundation requires a motivated and talented agile project manager.  The ideal candidate will possess Agile project management expertise coupled with digital asset management experience and strong communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understanding of Ralph Lauren’s end-to-end digital asset management vision and support of the accompanying strategy
  • Participation in ongoing discussions with key IT and business partners to assess, define and document requirements in our Jira backlog
  • Provide critical project management to support on-time / on-budget project delivery
  • Document project scope and schedule to keep team organized and updated on project status; meetings; issues and risks
  • Manage customer expectations on delivery while maintaining clear and concise communications to stakeholders
  • Project manage to succeed by demonstrated commitment to team member engagement

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience managing an enterprise application
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management technologies
  • Experience with Atlassian toolset Jira and Confluence or similar
  • Excellent communication, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer management skills including consulting and training; strong desire for customer success
  • Proven ability to navigate constant change and excel in high-stress situations while maintaining a clear line of communication with customers
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with long term operation, monitoring and upgrade of enterprise software

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification or PMI Certification
  • Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • AEM Assets experience
  • Managed services experience
