POSITION OVERVIEW

Ralph Lauren seeks a Master's student for a Marketing & Operations Intern role in our Geneva office supporting luxury watch and jewelry operations. He/She will participate in daily activities and will be involved in specific projects spanning marketing event, logistics optimization, competitive analysis, inventory  tracking and sales reporting.

The role offers hands-on experience in operational excellence within a prestigious luxury brand environment.

Duration: 6 months starting September 1st, 2026
Requirements: School convention agreement mandatory | Geneva-based position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Support

• Organize events including assortment presentations, product shipment coordination, and ATA Carnet management
• Create Ralph Lauren Made-to-Order (MTO) certificates
• Conduct competitive market analysis and support merchandising reporting

Logistics Management

• Map watch and jewelry transportation requirements across all markets
• Identify logistics needs by region and implement process improvements

Operations

• Organize shipment deliveries from Geneva office and manage complete ATA Carnet lifecycle
• Support Switzerland After Sales Service operations
• Forecast non-merchandise product needs and manage related invoicing
• Handle inventory movement tracking and generate monthly sales reports with KPI monitoring

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Student pursuing Master's degree in Engineering or Business School
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take proactive initiative
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
School convention agreement is mandatory for this role
