We are looking for an energetic, driven and hands on Store Supervisor to lead our new store opening at Ralph Lauren, David Jones Womenswear Chatswood Chase. As the store supervisor you will be responsible driving the people, sales and profit performance of your store, while looking for opportunities to further grow your business.

必須義務&責任範囲

  • Manage the sales team to maximise sales and profit performance

  • Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards

  • Coach and mentor the sales team including ongoing evaluation, development and training of the team

  • Responsible for supporting with the recruitment and selection of great talent into the team

  • Collaborate with the Brand Image team to identify VM opportunities and deliver on plans

  • Drive store operations including visual merchandising, stock control, BoH processes and WFM/roster management

  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with the wider business

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Retail Management or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred

  • A genuine love and understanding of our brand

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service and managing performance

  • Strong merchandise and stock management experience

  • Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required

  • Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business

  • Proven track record of success, including a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.

  • Sound understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion and competitors

  • Strong business Acumen
