Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Professional to join our flagship store team at our prestigious Biblioteksgatan location in Stockholm. As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of Ralph Lauren, embodying our brand values and delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to timeless style and quality. You will create memorable shopping experiences for our discerning clientele while contributing to the store's success through achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in one of Stockholm's most prominent luxury retail destinations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, understanding their needs, and providing personalized styling advice that aligns with the Ralph Lauren brand aesthetic.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store sales goals, while maintaining high standards of product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive follow-up, clienteling activities, and developing long-term relationships.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper handling of payments, returns, and exchanges.

Product & Brand Knowledge:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Ralph Lauren's product collections, including fabrics, construction, care instructions, and brand heritage.
  • Stay informed about current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and product launches to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle and brand values in all customer interactions.

Store Operations:

  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are properly displayed, stocked, and organized.
  • Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention activities.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in store events, trunk shows, and special promotions.
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Knowledge & Competencies:

  • Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology.
  • Awareness of the Ralph Lauren brand heritage, values, and product offerings.
