Liaising closely with the Sales team to support and also with Interior Designers, Architects and Developers and retail clients you will be acting as a brand ambassador.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing trade and retail clients, introducing them to the world of Ralph Lauren Home, identifying their needs, and driving sales.
  • Act as the primary contact for trade and private clients, maintaining and supporting accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by greeting, listening to, and assisting customers, exceeding expectations with in-depth knowledge of Ralph Lauren products and lifestyle collections.
  • Coordinate client projects from quotation through to delivery and installation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, mood boards, and presentations that communicate the Ralph Lauren Home brand vision.
  • Source and select Ralph Lauren decorative items including furniture, lighting, finishes, accessories, and rugs.
  • Monitor stock availability, lead times, and sourcing to provide accurate updates to clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Produce sales leads, update and maintain the CRM system, and manage account administration including quotations, sample loans, order tracking, and after-sales service.
  • Generate quotes and track projects from point of purchase through to delivery.
  • Create and maintain budgets, reporting on ongoing business and pipeline.
  • Archive decorative materials and maintain project records/specifications.
  • Consistently meet showroom and personal sales objectives and KPIs by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service in-store and via proactive outreach.
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to buyers and managers.
  • Support showroom marketing initiatives, product launches, and client events, while attending industry networking events to socialize with target customers.
  • Participate in showroom activities including daily maintenance, inventory, replenishment, product transfers, new product launches, and seasonal floor changeovers.
  • Perform opening and closing showroom duties as needed.
  • Exhibit pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation, and dress standards in line with Ralph Lauren expectations.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties as required.
  • Always adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 1-3 years of prior work experience specifically in the luxury Home sector
  • Proven experience and knowledge of the interior design industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Communicates with confidence (verbal and written) and maintains highest level of professionalism (French or Arabic speaker is a plus)
  • Highly organized and proactive individual, capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
  • Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings and sketch/diagram space plans and fixture layouts
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • AutoCAD and/or SketchUp a plus
  • 3D and CGI rendering proficiency a plus
  • Ability to source and select decorative items
  • Budget and project management skills a plus
