ポジション概要

The main focus of the role will be to support the business on international tax and transfer pricing matters working directly with the Global Transfer Pricing Lead.

You will manage the transfer pricing and international tax compliance and reporting as well as dealing with a range of business advisory projects. 

 To be considered for this role it is essential to have transfer pricing and international tax experience and to be comfortable at the accounting elements. 

Being versatile is key to lead on the different aspects of the role and to liaise with the various stakeholders involved.

  • Manage the end-to end transfer pricing cycle: from price setting, quarterly adjustments to statutory adjustments and Financial Statement reconciliation and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit transfer pricing documentation, APA, CBCR notifications and other tax related filings in various countries.
  • Manage external advisors supporting the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation and other related filings.
  • Manage transfer pricing and international tax aspects of group reporting, financial closings, and forecasting, including CbCR.
  • Support the roll-out of Pillar II global minimum tax requirements and contribute to related process changes.
  • Working with the RL Tax and business teams and global advisors’ network to understand and manage the international tax and transfer pricing implications of new business proposals and strategies.
  • Monitoring intercompany service and distribution agreements and supporting RL Legal and external advisors in updating tax clauses for new transactions.
  • Manage transformation and automation of transfer pricing and international tax compliance and reporting of transfer pricing policies set up/monitoring, including support for the design of new ERP.
  • Prepare and manage transfer pricing and international tax calculation models.
  • Lead international tax and transfer pricing components TP components of statutory, tax audits and Advance Pricing Agreements/Mutual Agreement Procedures, providing documentation, risk assessment calculations and strategic responses

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong technical expertise, evidenced by appropriate experience and professional qualifications
  • Substantial experience of transfer pricing and international tax and the management of cross-border transactions/transfer pricing policies in industry (preferable) and/or Big Four tax advisory
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and tax compliance and reporting software solutions. Proficiency in the usage of IT tools.
  • Ability to manage a variable and diverse workload covering multiple jurisdictions

  • Good communications skills, both with tax and non-tax specialists
  • Personable character, good ability to be persuasive and persistent in obtaining information
  • Team player, must have a “can do” and enthusiastic attitude and be able to work independently on assigned tasks
  • Ability to learn and develop expertise with the right support
  • Fluent in English (additional languages being a plus)
