We're seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Workplace Specialist to join our Bologna team, providing Level 2 support for our office, showrooms, and retail locations across Italy. Reporting to the Manager of IT Client Services for Italy, Germany, and Scandinavia, you'll be part of delivering excellence in technical support that matches our iconic brand.
必須義務＆責任範囲
- Provide expert Level 2 technical support for Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices
- Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow for Italian operations
- Support hybrid workplace technology including video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Configure and maintain RL IT equipment and systems
- Assist with office moves and equipment setup
- Support mobile device management through MobilePass+ and BIG-IP Edge Client
- Maintain IT asset inventory and management
- Ensure highest level of customer service to all Ralph Lauren users
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 2-5 years of Level 2 IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Windows 11
- Experience with macOS and iOS devices in enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
- ServiceNow ticket management experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus

- Experience with:
- MDM platforms (MobilePass+)
- Virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
