We are looking for a technically skilled and business-savvy Marketing Technology & CRM Manager to join our APAC IT team. This role will serve as the bridge between Marketing and Technology, responsible for the architecture, implementation, and support of Martech and CRM platforms across the region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing systems, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions

  • Responsible for management and delivery of Market Technology projects to ensure on time and high-quality delivery of our internal and consumer-facing experiences
  • Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively
  • Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and maintenance of different CRM & marketing platforms
  • Manage CRM systems from an IT perspective, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance
  • Oversee integrations between Martech/CRM platforms and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data lakes, analytics tools)
  • Translate marketing and business requirements into technical solutions and architecture
  • Collaborate with global IT, data, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, issue resolution, platform upgrades
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regional regulations
  • Implement and maintain data governance frameworks for customer data across platforms
  • Support analytics and reporting needs through proper data structuring and access controls
  • Lead regional Martech/CRM projects, including migrations, enhancements, and new implementations
  • Act as the technical point of contact for marketing, CRM & CIX stakeholders across APAC
  • Provide training and enablement to marketing users on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Proactively works with business analysts, product managers, design, user experience, development and QA to understand project requirements and estimate effort to deliver
  • Oversees project from initial funding approval through delivery, including overall continuing project maintenance
  • Establish a support structure to handle Mar Tech issues, and collaborate with different teams for issue resolution, be pro active to track the issues till closure
  • Provides ongoing project update reports to internal teams, global & regional stakeholders 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT roles focused on Martech, CRM, or enterprise applications
  • Strong technical knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms 
  • Experience with APIs, ETL processes, cloud platforms, and data integration
  • Experience working on customer data, Azure and Databricks platform
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance in APAC markets
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a regional or global IT organization supporting marketing functions
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery methodologies
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Adobe Architect) are a plus
  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing technical project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of digital solutions
  • Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing digital solutions, preferred have solutions with different APAC region (e.g. TMALL, Tencent, Douying, Line, Kakao, Whatsapp and other local platforms and solution)
  • Strong grasp of current web technologies and APAC digital/Social media technology ecosystem as well as related business issues
  • Experience in driving Machine Learning to improve CRM overall program
  • PMI or PMP certification or similar highly preferred
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
