必須義務＆責任範囲
Manage finance ePO’s & eClaims
Manage Australia and New Zealand vendor invoices, including validation, approval, and coding, ensuring proper record-keeping
Coordinate with relevant teams to set up and maintain customer and vendor data within financial systems
Collaborate with shared services and other departments on administrative and compliance matters
Assist with inventory and stock management activities as needed
Support reconciliation processes and follow up on outstanding payments from customers
Assist with banking operations and liaise with financial institutions to facilitate daily transactions
Coordinate with service providers for operational support and requirements
Prepare and review financial reports and tax filings, including GST/BAS returns
Support audit and compliance activities, including statutory filings and income tax returns
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Accounting or Finance Degree with proven related experience
CPA or CA preferred
Solid experience in AP, AR and month end close functions. Retail experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Detail oriented and experienced in follow-through and completion of month end close
Proficiency with Financial Systems ( Microsoft AX or SAP equivalent)
Proficiency with International Accounting Standards and US GAAP
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Knowledge of diverse corporate functions and working knowledge of business operations
Sound accounting knowledge and solid practice experience
