Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is a global, luxury lifestyle brand that services nearly all categories: apparel, footwear, accessories, home, and hospitality. To maximize the lifestyle potential of the brand, this position will support Hospitality Creative & Marketing, driving synergies across brand and regions.

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the strategic execution of Ralph Lauren NA marketing initiatives and activations with a hospitality focus. This role is responsible for fostering productive cross-functional relationships with internal partners that help build and execute national marketing campaigns with a goal to generate revenue and drive traffic.
Hospitality activations will need to be seamlessly executed with continuity and will involve travel in order to be present at all activations; including but not limited to weekends. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying local talent/caterers to work closely with from inception to execution; things such as menu development, uniform distribution, serviceware selection, and day-to-day operations must all be well organized and thought out, in addition to overseeing daily operations of each event/activation.

The Hospitality Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing and distributing a monthly calendar to ensure the Hospitality Team is aware of all Marketing activations that will include Hospitality, creating high-level PowerPoint presentations, and recaps of all activations.
In addition to events and activations, this role will include administrative work and high-leveled organization. Teamwork, leadership, process, relationship management and effective communication, as well as attention to detail and a hands-on approach, are critical aspects of this position's responsibilities. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Event Management & Execution: 

  • Lead Ralph's Coffee events and hospitality activations 
  • Manage vendor relationships and local partnerships 
  • Oversee event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting 
  • Assist with special collaborations, fashion shows, and in-store retail events 

Strategic Planning: 

  • Develop event proposals aligned with corporate marketing objectives 
  • Track performance metrics and provide analytical insights 
  • Maintain cross-functional communication with internal teams 
  • Create and manage annual marketing/events calendar 

Administrative Support: 

  • Manage documentation and presentations 
  • Process budgets and vendor payments 
  • Coordinate with hospitality and marketing teams 
  • Maintain organized filing systems 

New Store Openings: 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new Ralph’s Coffee openings 
  • Coordinate hospitality elements for opening events 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all opening activations 
  • Track and report on opening performance metrics 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Relevant experience in hospitality service, events, and execution 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Ability to plan an event/activation from conception to execution 
  • Ability to execute systems and processes 
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and technical skills; ability to understand systems and reporting.  
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully.  
  • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal, facilitation) and the ability to interact with all levels of management  
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, creative and time sensitive when faced with multiple demands and challenging deadlines.  
  • Math and analytical skills.  
  • Strong sense of teamwork.  
  • Excellent Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Adobe skills
