Position Overview

This role will be part of an innovative team where you'll shape the future of Ralph Lauren's Supply Chain landscape. As a Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of transforming and optimizing our supply chain operations. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations by partnering with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering IT capabilities aligned with Supply Chain business requirements while driving operational efficiency initiatives. You will work in an SAP environment but also with the other different systems part of the RL Supply Chain Landscape (WMS, OMS, TMS, B2B Commerce platform,…).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or participate to discovery meetings to gather, define and formalize business requirements  
  • Perform the necessary business stakeholder consultations to identify optimal solutions and quantify potential benefits 
  • Help develop comprehensive project plans and estimate effort 
  • Design end-to-end Supply chain, Procurement and Sales processes, identify configuration & necessary developments and any potential impacts on the RL software systems including SAP SD, MM solutions 
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with the offshore development teams to deliver the required IT capabilities ensuring timelines and quality are respected 
  • Define test scenarios and ensure system testing is done before hand-over to UAT 
  • Coordinate UAT and assist Business Users when required 
  • Build deployment plans and follow execution until implementation. Manage hyper care and handover to support teams with appropriate documentation and training

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in SAP SD and MM modules, with specific expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes 
  • Demonstrated expertise in functional and technical aspects of SAP Supply Chain systems, including design, implementation, and integration of Logistics and Procurement processes 
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP integration architecture, including interface development, IDOC management within ERP ecosystem, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles, processes, and industry best practices 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong documentation and process formalization skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions 
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives 
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English. Working knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage 
  • Experience with various logistics and execution management tools is a plus 
  • A Prior experience in Supply Chain operations within Luxury, Fashion, or Retail sectors would be an asset 
  • SAP certification or formal training is an advantage
