Position Overview
To provide specialized learning design & delivery support to the NA Employee Learning Experience team. This role will support implementation of learning experience projects through learning creation and facilitation, key stakeholder, and client group communication and LMS administration and reporting, and project management for learning goals.
They will collaborate closely with the Employee Experience and People teams, and leadership stakeholders for NA client groups to support the deployment of NA Employee Learning Experience initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Learning Experience Development:
- Co-create learning experiences with Global Employee Learning Experience Begin & Belong Campaign, Content & Insights team.
- Drive a culture of learning experiences for NA Corporate and Wholesale populations
- Set clear objectives and outcomes for learning experiences to demonstrate the quality of the learning, business impact, and learner feedback.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the NA population to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of the Global Learning Experience team objectives and outcomes.
Learning Experience Delivery:
- Implement Begin & Belong learning experiences that align with organizational strategic goals.
- Deliver learning experience sessions using various methods such as classroom training, e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Facilitate the continuous learning and development to Corporate and Wholesale populations.
- Become certified in targeted Learning programming to facilitate when needed.
Materials Development:
- Ensure all professional development learning and materials are mapped to our Ralph Lauren Success Drivers.
- Review training materials and tailor the content of training materials to suit to professional development specifications, while remaining consistent with methodology and learning outcomes
- Ensure content that delivers impactful learning moments for our users: easy to navigate; clear to understand, visually engaging and accessible.
- Audit all content is compliant with industry regulations, company policies, and brand guidelines.
- Continuously review and update training programs to incorporate best practices, industry trends, and feedback from participants.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Become communication lead and championing NA Employee Learning Experience Team initiatives with client groups.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including the People team, operations, and senior management, to communicate and ensure alignment of Learning experience initiatives with organizational objectives and supports the development of our employees.
- Work with stakeholders to assess skill gaps and to define learning priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of Global Learning Experience tools and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination of learning campaigns for NA Corporate population.
- Act as a point of contact for NA learning queries, respond to inquiries and provide support to employees regarding Learning programs.
LMS Maintenance & Administrative Support:
- Assist in the planning and organization of Learning Experience programs, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate logistics for learning experience sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and equipment setup.
- Handle participant registrations, communication, and attendance tracking.
- Leverage technology and learning management systems (LMS) to streamline training administration, delivery, and tracking.
- Support the upkeep of LMS, ensuring accurate data entry and user management.
- Maintain accuracy and relevance of training materials throughout process updates (e.g. Onboarding, learning journeys, etc.)
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Must be a team player.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a passion for writing and delivering quality learning content.
- Have a clear understanding of how to adapt various learning formats to suit the topic, the learner, and the learning circumstance, choosing the right format.
- Experience taking complex content and turning it into accessible, engaging, and easy to follow learning.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and professional courtesy.
- Able to balance working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced energetic culture.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to competently operate MS office.

- Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Solid experience in Learning & Development, Graphic/Instructional Design, or Communications experience.
- Retail Experience preferred.
