Position Overview
The Employee Experience & Culture Insights Operations Associate role reports to the Global EXC Insights, COI & Activations Lead and plays a crucial role in supporting the Employee Experience & Culture team, the Global People Team (HR), along with the broader global organization.
This position requires an integral partner who will support and operationalize the activation of critical global programs and projects that engage our people, such as but not limited to Ralph Lauren’s Global Employee Annual Survey, September Check-In Survey, Global Begin and Exit Surveys as we gather critical data on the global employee sentiment. Responsibilities will include drafting toolkits, communication elements, as well as partnering with our external survey vendor(s).
The ideal candidate is an agile professional with a passion to hone project management, presentation development, and communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Global EXC Insights, COI & Activations Lead to program manage logistics and operations of the Global Employee Surveys (Annual & Check-In), as well as the Begin & Exit Surveys; which includes drafting communications, manage participant lists, partner with internal and external partners to deliver, and plan as we maintain high participation rates for our surveys.
- Supports program management to track & monitor progress, including but not limited to: support and prepare comprehensive reports, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to timeline and operations enhancements.
- Drafts presentation decks and communication assets, as well as update relevant toolkits.
- Produce employee-facing content and communications that engage and inspire.
- Leverage operational/activation tools to streamline current practices, e.g., project plans, communication timeline and tools.
- Operationalize and support the activations of Global Employee Surveys, Begin and Exit Surveys by cultivating partnerships with EXC, People Partners, and cross-functional business leaders across regions.
- Supports in other EXC initiatives, as needed
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience of Program Management (ideally with Global Employee Surveys), Activations, or Communications experience.
- Clear communicator, highly organized, attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver high-quality initiatives with tight deadlines, while managing, prioritizing, and handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Expertise in MS Office software, especially Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint.
- Passion for continual process improvement and the simplification of deliverables.
