Position Overview

This role is the operational and strategic partner to the North America Marketing Lead, Content & Operations, responsible for leading the execution of omnichannel content strategies across digital, email, retail, and wholesale placements in North America marketing environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in fit-for-platform content strategy—ensuring that assets are optimized for native behavior and performance across each channel. This person will align global and regional initiatives while driving content efficiency, quality, and impact across all touchpoints.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end content planning process across all placements (digital, email, retail, wholesale).

  • Translate the overarching content strategy into actionable briefs and roadmaps for execution for seasonal campaigns.

  • Ensure digital and paid media content is fit-for-platform, performance-optimized, and aligned to audience behavior.

  • Brief and localize global shoots to support NAM-specific campaigns and channel needs.

  • Partner closely with channel marketing leads, creative teams, and business leads to ensure strategic and creative consistency.

  • Lead weekly content reviews and touchpoints to track progress, identify risks, and guide decision-making.

  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring delivery against seasonal priorities and business objectives and total seasonal content orchestration.

  • Monitor content KPIs and partner with analytics teams to drive performance improvements.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in content strategy, omnichannel marketing, or digital/retail execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and optimize fit-for-platform content across digital placements.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills—able to work independently and proactively drive progress.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Agency experience a plus, particularly in content production, digital, or retail categories.
