Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Responsible for daily café’s operation, cash handling and customer interaction

• Prepare and promote the high standard coffee, beverages, light food and merchandise

• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the café environment

• Passion for RL brand and the coffee industry

• Creating the Ralph Coffee’s experience to customers and promoting RL coffee culture

• Insert new customer experiences with Ralph's coffee brand

• Kitchen hygiene knowledge & Barista Qualification is a plus

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Job Requirement

• Form 5 or above with related Barista vocational training certificate

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience at and knowledge in coffee, experience at upscale coffee shop or luxury hotels is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with customer oriented mindset

• Able to handle multiple tasks

• A good team player

• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
