Ralph Lauren war von Anfang an überzeugt, dass seine Kollektionen in einer ganz eigenen Welt leben müssten. Daher schuf er 1969 das allererste Shop-in-Shop-Konzept – einen eigenständigen Polo-Store im Kaufhaus Bloomingdale's in New York City. Heute gibt es Ralph Lauren Flagships, freistehende Stores und Stores in Kaufhäusern in mehr als 80 Ländern auf der ganzen Welt.
