Position Overview

Responsible for driving sales and nurturing a mutually profitable business relationship within an assigned account base by setting and implementing strategies that support the Lauren Brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Vice President to develop and implement business plan by account to achieve corporate sales goals
  • Analyze selling data by style/concept/program for account structure
  • Partner with planning team to ensure seasonal plans meet the business objectives and needs for each account
  • Analyze business with planning by door to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually)
  • Forecast and maintain Open to Buy components: sales, receipts, markdowns and margin
  • Partner with Merchandise Planning counterparts to curate assortments specific to account/region while keeping with the brand vision, sell-in assortments to buying partners
  • Develop, analyze and maintain Basic stock replenishment models
  • Drive in season business by managing sales and inventory flow by account
  • Deliver natural margin by continued sell in of Basic stock replenishment/In-season reorders
  • Interface and support Retail Development teams for each account to ensure effective execution of retail merchandising and sales strategy by account
  • Partner with Digital teams to drive aggressive online growth plans and Work with Customer service to ensure customer purchase orders are in system on time


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
