Eligible employees are entitled to reimbursement for adoption expenses, including those related to legal services, applications, court proceedings, immigration cost, transportation and more through our Adoption Assistance Program.

After a year of service, eligible employees can take up to four weeks paid time off upon the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a child—with a pay at 100%!

Flextime

In given areas, we offer flexible work times to allow more freedom for corporate employees to organize their day differently, and get more out of their time. Flextime creates the ability for a full-time corporate employee to “flex” the start and end of their standard work day with their manager's approval, depending on performance, work commitments, team capacity, and the ability for an employee to temporarily or permanently return to a standard work schedule when needed.

Focus on work/Life balance

Beyond a generous paid time off policy, many of our global offices offer Summer Fridays—an opportunity to take an additional four full personal days between June and September.

That's not all! Eligible employees also get their birthday off as part of our paid time off program.
