Position Overview
We have a great opportunity to join our RL Talent Acquisition Team - this is a Fixed Term Contract position for 12 months. Office location is in Watford.
This role would suit an experienced multifunction Resourcer looking to progress and also an experienced Agency Technical Recruiter looking to move Internal to a beloved global Apparel and Lifestyle Brand - multiple functional stakeholder management is essential.
As Talent Acquisition Associate, Next Generation Transformation (NGT), EMEA you will manage the sourcing and hiring of high caliber talents for our NGT project for our EMEA region as well as act as a liaison between the different stakeholders from the HR (P&D) team, to finance, to the business partners on different needs.
This enterprise-wide NGT transformation includes governance, implementation, and consolidation into a single global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), enhanced logistics automation across our warehouse management system (WMS), and enhanced connectivity across all planning functions through process and technology improvements to support integrated business planning (IBP).
These initiatives will enable a fundamental transformation in our end-to-end processes as we become a more global DTC-oriented company, and greater efficiencies across demand planning, inventory buying, allocation and more.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This role would suit an experienced Resourcer looking to move up and also an experienced Agency Recruiter looking to move Internal - multiple functional stakeholder management is essential.
- Identify and implement the overall recruiting strategy for NGT program.
- Manage the sourcing process including candidate screening, to develop a strong, and diverse, pool of candidates.
- Coordinate the candidate experience from sourcing, screening, interviewing until the offer stage, operating within the current talent acquisition governance
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Onboard in partnership with the hiring manager new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and recruiting dashboards to the rest of the P&D / finance team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Partner with Finance for: S&B budget / headcount review and approvals, monthly OTH progress
- Partner with Total Rewards on any director level and + hiring for compensation approval as per internal governance
- Maintain high communication with the People business partner, Lead for UK & ROI
- Work closely with your Line Manager, Senior TA Manager on a day to day basis
