Position Overview
Pls note this is a 6-months Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to be either full time - or part time - 3 days per week or 4 day week – salary and bens will be pro-rata accordingly.

We're looking for someone with Benefits experience at EMEA level, a methodical approach and attention to detail to join the Ralph Lauren Total Rewards team based in London or Watford. The role will have a heavy focus on benefits for our 17 European markets but will also be involved in compensation projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General
- Contribute to the strategy and manage the design, planning, implementation, communication and analysis of Benefits programs and policies
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and buy-in of new Benefits or Compensation projects, programs and policies
Benefits
- Lead employees benefits reviews and benchmarks at country level, including benefits renewals and implementation of new benefits that are market competitive and comply with applicable laws and regulations in each country
- Liaise with external vendors and brokers to understand local benefits marker practice, legal requirements and tax implications
- Perform detail analysis on existing programs and processes, and provide recommendations for enhancement for greater effectiveness and efficiency
- Advise and provide training and guidance to regional HR/payroll colleagues and Management on benefit policy/provisions
- Maximize employees’ understanding and appreciations of our benefits packages to drive employees’ engagement
- Produce and update benefits communications materials including formatting of benefits booklets
Compensation:
- Contribute to the implementation of special compensation projects across the region partnering with business leads, local HRBPs, payroll, finance and legal
- Global mobility:
- Support the management of relocations and provide advice to HR colleagues on global mobility policies.
- Employees policy:
- Analyze and update employment related policies and procedures in Europe by partnering with local HRBPs, finance and legal.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Solid experience in a European/global Compensation role, with particular exposure to Benefits is required
- Experience in working with Benefits brokers (Mercer, AON, Willis Towers Watson, …)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivots and Macros) and PowerPoint to consolidate various data sources into easy-to-understand reports/dashboards
- Excellent analytical skills be able to manage extensive amount of data and to interpret and present data
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple competing deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Possesses maturity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Able to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Enjoys building relationships and collaborating across teams
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to learn
