Position Overview

As User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Assistant you will be supporting the Visual Merchandising, Content, Web Operations and Customer Experience teams in delivering a premium on-site experience.  You will continuously monitor the site – both back end and customer facing -  to ensure the site is functioning as expected, product information is up to date and complete and links are taking customers to the correct place.  You will also troubleshoot and resolve these issues where possible. 

As part of the monthly release process, you will test new site functionality both pre and post release and highlight any deviations from the expected experience.

You will attend each team’s and the wider department’s weekly meetings and will have daily contact with EMEA team members to ensure you are a part of the team. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

Conduct daily site checks and help to resolve any issues
Conduct daily price checks and help to resolve any issues
Complete UAT for content release every week
Sale site checks pre- and post- each Sale phase launch
Release checks - Pre-release ticket UAT
Release checks - Post release ticket UAT
Release checks - Post release site checks

 

 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 1+ full strategic cycles of experience
  • Good understanding of web tools (Salesforce etc.)  
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology, including understanding product data flows and e-commerce software 
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for online delivery of a seamless, high-quality customer experience
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to be flexible and pivot across multiple tasks and priorities as necessary 
  • Proactive, taking initiative for needed improvements and problem solving
