Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
  • Manage monthly demand forecasts for all Core businesses down to the color and size level.
  • Analyze business in keeping current with account issues. Apply the data to identify existing opportunities and challenges as they relate to customer needs, performance and product trends.
  • Ensure a high level of professional and proactive communication with all levels of account management structure to drive business toward plan achievement.
  • Develop comprehensive business assessment that offer in depth analysis of the Core business.
  • Monitor and maintain Production / Customer Purchase Order from Production to Customer
  • Identify root cause of integration issues and recommend process change.
  • Manage monthly purchase order on GFE+.
  • Ensure the seamless flow of Merchandise form the Warehouse to RL Canada Customers
  • Identify and mitigate any issues that could impact the timely delivery of Customer Orders
  • Handling and solving account queries.
  • Liaise with Production, Account Service, Warehouse, Continuous Improvement and Customers
  • Provide support with projects and process improvements as required

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

 
  • Strong client service skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive, professional and pro-active service minded attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Previous Experience with SAP an Asset
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and can complete projects with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Past experience in developing processes for on-going activities
  • Customer Service / Production experience
  • Demand planning or Supply Chain experience
