Position Overview

The candidate will work as an integral member of the Global Logistics Finance and Regional FP&A teams, with primary responsibility in APAC Logistics expense management, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation reports.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver forecast, annual budget and long range plan reporting package for logistics related costs (e.g. freight, DC costs, etc.) by collaborating with APAC logistics team
  • Consolidate, review and report on APAC logistics expense and headcount to Global Logistics Finance for closing and planning activities in collaboration with FP&A analyst
  • Seek efficiency and productivity improvement for logistics costs with APAC logistics team
  • Analyze existing processes, identify improvement / standardization opportunities with emphasis on efficient improvement with sufficient control
  • Deliver budgeting, reporting and process improvements, while driving continuous excellence in system integrity and report quality
  • Support to consolidate APAC financial results, prepare trend & variance analysis, communicate with multiple business partners to draw insight and provide recommendations
  • Performs ad hoc analyses, prepares reports and presentations, and makes recommendations to finance partners
