Position Overview
We are hiring a temporary Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. The key objectives of the role is to support our Sales Executives, all Brands and do the administrative tasks related to our Wholesale Business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and assist with various administrative tasks on a daily basis.
- Support our Sales Teams with sales pre-plans and reviewing performance on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of seasonal planning, sell in budgets and sell out targets.
- Plan market schedules, make and confirm market appointments with clients.
- Support our Sales Teams regarding selling appointments with clients in our Showrooms.
- Maintain and check that orders are entered correctly in the systems.
- Build and maintain existing client relationships ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Have regular contact with our clients.
- Monitor deliveries, providing feedback to clients where necessary.
- Collect weekly retail sales information from our clients and analyze this with Sales Executive or Sales Lead.
- Assist in analyzing and target reorders based on sales performance.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Relevant experience in Wholesale Sales and/or Retail Sales. Experience in Retail Fashion environment is preferred.
- Professional administration and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are required. Previous experience with Nuorder is a benefit but not necessary.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate.
- Organization skills, capacity to deal with priorities and react to urgencies.
- Flexible, open minded, positive attitude and a good team player.
- Strong communication and analytical skills combined with creative and fashion sensibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and support the organization both within the team but also with other RL departments locally and on a European basis.
- Thinking creatively and acting proactively to identify opportunities that are brand right and benefit the business.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
