Position Overview

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Part-Time Senior Sales support to join our brand new store opening in Cannock -Midlands 

As a Senior Sales support, servicing our back of house operations, you'll represent Ralph Lauren's timeless elegance and luxury while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Part time role offering 16 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•             Replenish the sales floor with pace & accuracy, ensure that all styles, sizes, colors are available at all times

•             Transfers stock to/from floor

•             Receive delivery and ensuring that the delivery is accurate

•             Execute & maintain customer support model store guidelines & standards to excellent standards


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

•            Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment

            Previous exposure to a retail stock environment,

•            Excellent Customer Service skills according to RL Selling Culture Sales Model

•            Demonstrates One Team, One Family focused on the Customer

•            Able to adapt quickly to change and support others

•            Demonstrates and ability to engage others, utilizing Business Tools
