Position Overview
Issue, maintain purchase orders and WIP tracking under the direction of the Production Operations Lead.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for accurate and on-time creation, validation and maintenance of ALL (stock/sample/transfer) purchase orders (POs) and release to offices/agent/vendors. Use all available resources and partner with cross functional teams.
· Responsible for on-time delivery and PO fulfillment against metric by proactively partnering with agents/offices/vendors.
· Support building, owning, transition and execute PO management process from di-centralized buying team to centralized PO management team.
· Support Licensee vendor onboarding
· Build relationship and support Licensee vendors to adopt new way of working.
· Proactively troubleshoot and problem solve to prevent or resolve issues that could have negative impact on product quality, cost and delivery.
· Participate in team meetings within brands/category to discuss challenges and/or ongoing projects and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiencies.
· Execute Standard Setting process.
· Drive and execute pre-classification process.
· Manage, prioritize and provide timely resolution to high volume of daily email communication with internal and external partners.
· GTN & Ariba Invoices review/approval/rejection
· Execute ad hoc and reoccurring projects and work within the Production Operations organization as requests arise.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Production Operations Experience
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Must be a team player.
· High adaptability and flexibility to changing business environments, able to work independently.
· Detail-oriented and able to build and manage structured process.
· Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically Excel), analysis, familiar with multiple systems, charts and reports.
· Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
· Candidates to have /with multiple brands, calendars & product categories exposure.
