Position Overview

To support the EMEA Construction team in the coordination and administration of new openings, refurbishments and special projects throughout EMEA. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in daily activities.
  • Co-manage minor projects with support from senior team members. 

-       Budget creation and tracking

-       Project schedule creation and tracking

-       Ongoing project coordination

  • Liaise and appoint vendors for projects with support from procurement team.
  • Liaise with legal team on contract administration for vendors. 
  • Update EMEA program database. Produce, maintain, and publish new and refurbishment project calendars ensuring they are issued and updated in a timely manner throughout the process.
  • Review project milestone for all relevant departments, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Construction Managers.
  • Help Prepare monthly spend summaries and forecasts to share with finance dept.
  • Assist in creating opening cost budgets for forthcoming projects.
  • Publish department communication from the construction team on internal social media platform.
  • Collate “as build” documentation and O&M manuals for internal record.
  • Collaborate with marketing department to create imagery for hoardings.
  • Create decks for conference calls and visual presentations.
  • Purchase order management

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Technical knowledge and practical experience supported by formal qualification in construction or design.
  • Have completed studies in relevant subject ie. Construction, Interior Design, Architecture. Knowledge of AutoCAD welcome.
  • Experience in retail design environment welcome
  • Strong technical, but also creative and visualisation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office / MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
